ASSESSING ENVIRONMENTAL RISK

In the context of the application of Greek and European legislation regarding the obligations – responsibilities of employers/ owners/ landlords/ owners and others interested in real estate and encumbered spaces, SUK has the qualifications and the ability to perform the following inspections arising from the above legislation:

  1. Record-information study for immediate threat of environmental damage (PD 148/2009, article 8, par.2a)
  2. Study to determine the necessary measures for the prevention of environmental damage (PD 148/2009, article 8, par.2b) and
  3. Site remediation – restoration study (JMD 13588/725/06 Government Gazette 383 B, article 9).
